Kyko Group has recently completed a refurbishment of its office building located at 99 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. Cox Richardson was the Architect for the refurbishment. The refurbishment involved the upgrade of building services resulting in lower energy consumption and substantial sustainability benefits. Kyko Group has entered a commitment agreement to achieve a 4.5 star NABERS rating for the building. The building has been awarded a 4 star Green Star - Office As Built v3 Certified Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, which represents 'Best Practice' in environmentally sustainable construction.
